God’s Character

Today's Devotional 12/05/2022

God bless and greetings,

I do hope this message finds you well on this Glorious day given by God's character.

May this day be a day where you recognize that your are to walk in the image of God. May this day be a day that you are able to see God's acceptance through His character.

Getting lost in the shuffle of your life often provides a broken and skews view in how to overcome moments that create strife. These moments have you develop a sense of yourself to survive often numbing a part of yourself. The character you take on increases the faces and compartmentalization forms and all hope is snuffed out like a candle in a wind storm. That candle was the last bit of light you held on to, the last bit of hope.

When searching for solutions , sacrificing what is good in you sometimes unconsciously happens and soon your character is no longer driven by God's light but by your instincts of how you learned how to "get by". Realignment from within starts with God's compass, your heart. Setting your eyes forward while keeping prayer and petition on your mind and God's Word from your lips reignites that light. God IS light for in Him is NO darkness for His character is of righteousness and goodness.

Dwelling on what cannot be changed chips away at your character causing survival mode to regroup as the go to. Remind yourself that the eternal God is your dwelling place and underneath are is everlasting arms which are open. God's character is radiance of His grace and glory providing the exact imprint of His nature whom was delivered through His Son Jesus. To identify your are made in Our likeness, in Our image will open your eyes that staying in God's character will allow you to see it does not change despite the changes of the day.

Remember that you are loved immensely and beyond measure. Remember that God's way is perfect and true which shields you when you take refuge in Him.

May God's grace be upon you as transform your mind in renewal of God's character so you are able to see and accept His good and perfect will.

🙏🏾✝️
